Initiatives such as #SafePlace Student Wellness Week and Recess Student Well-being activities promote emotional literacy and resilience, supported by Peer Support Leaders, staff, and parents. Recess activities incorporate resources from the James Dyson Foundation (JDF) Science Challenge Cards, with key well-being messages thoughtfully embedded into the activities. Executive Functioning skills are taught to foster self-regulation, empathy, and flexible thinking.
